How will I know my return has been received?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive this email within 15 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with Customer Service, using the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.


If you have returned your parcel using a service that can be tracked, please provide the reference number and carrier when you contact us.
